I don't ever seem to post over the weekend just no time what-so-ever to get online. I did sneak in some crocheting in the time though. I made several 6" squares for the granny square exchange and a potholder and starched several snowflakes as well.

Last night I worked on the afghan stitch lesson again and made another coaster I think these would make nice washcloths or dishrags. I have to go to work tonight open for a xmas party so extra night this week but sure it won't be late. I want to run to the video rental before work so after I can curl up and watch a movie later tonight!

Hi:) I worked on lesson one of a group project on learning the Afghan stitch and put a picture of my finished work onto my photo page. I think it looks right but I don't know. I also hope to find a "real Afghan" hook soon. I checked Walmart and JoAnn Fabrics and ben franklin with no luck within the 50 mile radius. Maybe I can serch around the web more and find somewhere.

I worked a little on the fuzzy kitty I started over a week ago today as well. Got the body done now and the head before! I also crocheted some more snowflakes 3 total I need to startch about 10 or so again now and get ready for the exchange this month as well!

Nice day off got a lot of stuff done around the house and even got to sit and relax from 9 till now and crocheted some snowflakes. I made one with white peral beads in it. 42 beads all together I think it turned out great! Like the look of beads in them think i'll make more sometime. Didn't feel like tackling the other bigger projects I have. Feels nice to actually have time to complete something so snowflakes are great for that.

Browsed around the web at a few crochet sites as well here and there found some neat barbie clothes I'd love to try again and make some dresses out of thread not the yarn. Guess I've made a few out of thread and liked them. Just that I've tried these other paradise ones and I can't find the thread or material around these parts.. Major bummer:(

Work the next 3 nights hope it's not so late I'm in a serious Movie Mood. Will have to check out and see what's on.

Stopped by Walmart today looking for an afghan hook for this project in the Yahoo Crochet group I am in and no luck they don't carry them I don't know where to find one maybe here online or something. I did buy a Double sided crochet hook for something new. Maybe I'll try to tackle the crochet on the double stuff.. maybe... hehe:)
